Terms of Service

By creating an account, browsing, or otherwise using StewardForge.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old. The Service is designed for current, former, and aspiring cabin crew, but is open to anyone who agrees to these terms. You are responsible for any activity on your account; keep your password confidential.

StewardForge.ai is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing AI tools, a job board, a community, messaging, pay transparency data, and other career resources for flight attendants. We are not an airline, recruiter, employer, union, or licensed advisor of any kind.

Some features require account creation. Crew verification is optional and is performed by manual human review of an airline ID or badge you choose to upload. We may suspend or revoke accounts that misrepresent identity, abuse the platform, or violate these terms.

You retain ownership of content you post (messages, forum posts, lounge posts, comments, photos). By posting, you grant StewardForge.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Service. You represent you have the rights to everything you post.

AI outputs are generated by large language models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or wrong. They are informational only and do not constitute legal, financial, employment, medical, or aviation-safety advice. Free accounts are subject to daily usage limits; Premium accounts have higher caps. We may further rate-limit accounts to prevent abuse, especially from accounts outside the United States.

Job listings are aggregated from third parties or submitted by employers. We do not screen, endorse, or guarantee any listing, employer, salary, or hiring outcome. You apply at your own risk and at your own discretion.

Messaging, chat rooms, the Crew Lounge, Layover Lounge, and "Crew on My Layover" are communication tools only. We do not background-check users. Any in-person meetup or transaction between members is solely at the participants' own risk.

Premium is $9.99 USD/month, billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We offer a full refund on your first charge if requested within 7 days. Recurring renewals are non-refundable. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing privacy@stewardforge.ai. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STEWARDFORGE.AI AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold StewardForge.ai harmless from any claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
